Jewish Family and Children's Service has been a meaningful presence in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for more than 87 years. Our staff create large and small miracles in the lives of more than 47,000 children and adults annually. Our mission is to continue the compassionate delivery of behavioral health and social services to the most vulnerable in our community. Our facilities offer behavioral and primary healthcare services, and we have been fortunate in attracting very talented professionals to make our mission a meaningful realty to the clients we serve.
Donations and gifts play a major role in the continuance of service delivery to clients in the Valley. We desire to enhance the loyal community generosity we have received over the last several decades and are currently searching for a Director of Major/Planned Gifts in our administrative office. This extraordinary individual will identify and qualify individuals who are empathetic to our goals and values and who want to make a difference in the lives we serve. The Director of Major/Planned Gifts for JFCS will maintain a vibrant portfolio of approximately 150 prospective donors and maintain in-person relationships with more than 200 donor contacts annually. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with CFRE certification preferred certification. We seek a dynamic and engaging persona, a well-crafted communicator with the ability to manage complex proposals and strategies and multi-task through a variety fundraising activities.
