May 14 - Ryan House Executive Director
This executive fund-development position is responsible for staff and activities associated with development, fund raising, special events, awareness, community outreach, marketing, external communications and Ryan House administration. As the overseer of the Ryan House brand, the ED ensures that a strong, positive, consistent image is presented and maintained. In collaboration with the Board of Directors and the Director of Operations, leads the development and implementation of the Ryan House development plan and associated annual goals/objectives including revenue and expenses associated with areas of accountability. May 10 - Director of Development
The Director of Development will be responsible for the design and implementation of the agency’s comprehensive development and marketing plan to include the following: direct mail; major gifts; planned giving; corporate and foundation grants; marketing and public relations; special events; volunteers; outreach; and database oversight. Emphasis will be placed on expanding the agency’s individual donor base, including major gift donations. The director reports to the CEO, serves as a liaison to the board of directors for all fundraising and marketing activities, supervises all marketing and development staff and is an active member of the agency’s executive leadership team.
